How I Work
I invite my clients to choose their own level of involvement in the development of their websites.
I try to be as receptive and accommodating as possible to their ideas and input; working closely with
them and requesting regular feedback on my work.
Contact & Correspondence
New and potential clients may use the contact form.
Established clients will be given both an e-mail address and phone number for direct contact. E-mail is the preferred method of
correspondence for bookkeeping and task-reference reasons.
I also have plans to impliment a web-forum with individually password-protected
bulletin boards for each of my clients.
Payment & Retainer Info
- As noted above, my current rate is simply $15/hr.
I accept payments by check, or via PayPal;
either by credit card or money transfer.
- I require that my clients deposite a retainer, and maintain a positive balance as necessary, to which all work may be billed.
- Snapshots of time-stamped bookkeeping records are always readily available upon request.
- If a balance remains after all needed work has been completed, it will certainly be refunded at the clients request.
