BlatOdea
... (blaa-TOE-dee-uh) ...
It is survival, diligence, the power to overwhelm and remain unseen.
It is raw potential, whether for creation or destruction.
BlatOdea is the Mr. Hyde to my Dr. Jekyll.

  • The Artist

Ever since I can remember, I've been an artist. Recreating Mario Bros. baddies on paper in all their pixelated glory. Giving life to my own toons and martian characters, beach scenes and seascapes. For a while I took an interest to insect life and was sketching their kind with charcoal pencils. In school, precious few assignments got away clean, most riddled with designs and decoration; few lectures got the attention they deserved, sketchbook under my nose.

My artwork was once primarily pencil & ink, but I've expanded my artistic horizons, working with anything from oil pastels to computer graphics and even mild steel.

  • The Web Designer
Back in school, when it came to computers, I thoroughly enjoyed knowing how to do things others couldn't. One such thing was transforming an ordinary text file into something much more interesting... HTML. On a few occasions I dazzled classmates and even teachers by creating web-pages on the desktop, decorated with images I'd made in MS Paint (good times). It wasn't long before I had my own geocities website online, displaying my various works of art alongside famous quotations and other interesting literature. In fact, this very website is a direct descendant of the first I ever put online.

I proudly proclaim that ALL of my knowledge in the areas of Web-Design & Scripting is self-taught. I shall continue to learn and hone my skills, as such an architect, doing my part to help others make their place in the vastness of the internet.
